Outside, you’ll see how old this church has been around since it’s one of those churches whose walls are built with corals and limestones. Sure, some algae grew on the walls but these are the clean ones and adds to its overall Gothic vibes like a backdrop straight out of a classic film.
Inside Molo Church, you’ll be greeted with pure awe! You’ll be greeted by the 16 portraits of nuns and female saints, big statues of angels and saints towering over the white-and-gold-painted pillars, and exquisite paintings on the walls and entrance walls and ceiling.
Another eye-catcher is the arched ceiling, painted with intricate details. The painting adds a touch of sophistication to the whole church. It’s also high enough to allow cool air to circulate inside as well as giving echoes and a more surround sound.
But my favorite part has to be the stained-glass windows and how the sunlight streams through them! It paints the interior a soft, ethereal glow, wrapping the church with a solemn light.
